Worlds that live onchain.
Games can put more of their logic and actions on the network, rather than leaving everything behind a server.
SWOLF is here for the pack and the proof. Starknet gives apps room to do more onchain, with state updates backed by proofs checked on Ethereum.
Ethereum is where Starknet settles. Asking Ethereum to process every step of every app would be costly. Starknet processes transactions in batches and sends Ethereum a proof of the resulting state update.
A STARK proof is a mathematical receipt. It lets a verifier check a batch of computation without repeating every step. That helps Starknet process more activity while Ethereum verifies the update.
Apps and transactions run on Starknet instead of asking Ethereum to process every move.
A prover generates a STARK proof for a batch of Starknet activity.
Ethereum verifies the proof before updating Starknet’s state on Ethereum.
A zero-knowledge proof can show that a claim is true without revealing the private inputs used to prove it. Starknet’s base rollup uses STARK proofs for correctness; ordinary transactions are public. Optional tools such as STRK20 add privacy for supported assets and wallets.
STARK proofs need no secret trusted setup. Their hash-based design is considered resistant to known quantum attacks. That describes the proof system, not every wallet or every part of the network. That is technology worth howling about.
Learn how Starknet worksBetter rails mean builders can make things people actually want to use.
Games can put more of their logic and actions on the network, rather than leaving everything behind a server.
Lower-cost transactions make trading, lending, and other onchain actions more practical.
Starknet’s native smart accounts give developers more ways to make signing in and using apps feel simpler.
